Another great year at Gambling Indaba 2017. As one of our favorite conferences, here’s what we took away from this year:
1. Great Gambling Indaba 2017 networking with our colleagues from across Africa.
We’ve attended Gambling Indaba since it’s inception, and a have always found the conference to be an excellent one for networking and camaraderie, with industry professionals ranging from past colleagues to future friends and clients.

2. Learning more about what is accelerating African sports betting markets.
What has changed since last year? First and foremost, sports betting continues its torrid growth. Second, the continent’s gaming is even more mobile than it was 12 months ago. Third, the market continues momentum in both retail and online offerings.
Our office in Johannesburg remains focused on digital, mobile and retail trends that are shaping the market.
Of course, the market continues to get more mobile, and smartphone usage continues to climb.

3. A terrific slate of speakers and thought leaders.
As always, the Gambling Indaba team has assembled a solid roster of speakers. We always are most interested in the sports betting content, and have our own thoughts on the topic as well.
